Hourly Substitute Wanted for Woman in Skarpnäck

Do you enjoy a job with very varied tasks, with clarity as a guiding principle?

We are now looking for summer substitutes who can work throughout the entire period of June, July, and August.

I am a woman in my 50s, living with my husband and cat. I have a CP injury with an additional neurological condition that means I need assistance with everything requiring motor skills, strength, or coordination. My speech is affected, making it variably easy to understand me, but it usually involves time and patience, so it often resolves relatively easily.

As my assistant, you will assist me in all aspects of my life.

I need assistance with:

• Dressing and undressing
• Eating and drinking
• Movements that occur with me standing (a lift is available in emergencies)
• All household chores that arise
• Help in the stable to put on my gear and onto the horse using a lift
• Retrieving items I need within reach
• Accompanying me wherever I go, whether I am at work, in the stable, at home, or other activities

To thrive as my assistant, this should fit you well:

• You have no need for control and are completely comfortable being in the background until I need assistance, then returning to the background
• Understand integrity and confidentiality
• You are fearless and have both feet on the ground
• Can receive constructive criticism
• You have no need to "take care of people"
• You speak and write Swedish fluently with a large vocabulary
• You do not smoke
• You do not use perfume or strongly scented products

About the Position

You will be employed on an hourly basis and work as an hourly substitute, preferably as soon as possible, but you must be fully available during the summer period of June, July, and August. If everything works well, you can remain as an hourly substitute afterward.

It is around-the-clock assistance with awake nights. Shifts are scheduled 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 22:00-07:00. Only female applicants.
